KoiSwarm becomes generally available in September 2026, as version 1.0. It is the study workspace Kinetropic builds for medical students, and this is its first generally available release.
What KoiSwarm is
KoiSwarm is an AI study partner for medical students that you talk to out loud, built on a full workspace for medical study, practice and research. It works from the material you are actually taught — your lecture slides, PDFs and anatomy diagrams — rather than a generic question bank.
Its flagship agent, Live Talk, turns revision into a spoken conversation. You explain the material out loud, it questions you back on what you actually said, and it grades what you knew separately from how well you said it.
Around Live Talk sit specialist agents for the rest of the work:
- Notes turns lecture slides and PDFs into structured notes that keep the source context.
- USMLE, MCQ, SAQ and Labelling generate practice from your own material.
- Research and Deep Search investigate medical questions and return source-linked answers.
- Forgetting schedules the questions you have practised for review, using FSRS-6.

KoiSwarm has two plans, and both include every current agent.
- Free: $0, with 100 credits a month, files up to 30 pages and 10 minutes of Live Talk voice a day. No credit card required.
- Pro: $24.99 a month, or $239.88 a year ($19.99 a month), with 1,500 credits a month, 5 concurrent jobs, files up to 200 pages and 120 minutes of voice a day.
